Shipping Policy

Delivery time is 5-7 business days which include Mon-Fri only and exclude all public and bank holidays. If you urgently need a product, let us know on our Instagram and we may be able to arrange it for you, depending on where you are located and what you need.

Returns and Refund Policy

We have a strict no refunds policy. If the product you have received was damaged/broken in transit due to the negligence of the courier service, kindly let us know on our Instagram DMs (@poofacnescars) or send us an email with your order number and pictures of the received product to poofacnescars@gmail.com and we would be more than happy to send a replacement.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Once you place your order, it will be shipped from our premises within 1 business day. To know the whereabouts of your order and request for cancellation, kindly let us know on our Instagram DMs. Our customer service agent will get back to you and see if it is possible. If the order has been shipped from our end, no cancellations can be entertained.
